Instructional Design and models- IDT 200x

Hi, I am Tika. I am currently living in Toronto, Canada. In my previous incarnations I was an Adult educator, Media Monitor, Editing Assistant, Translator/Interpreter, Specialist Teacher and EAL educator in various leadership positions. Over the years, I have embraced technology to enhance learning effectiveness. Inspired by continuous commitment to learn, I believe technology is going to revolutionize teaching & learning, as well as training delivery in 2020 and beyond. Given this changing landscape, it is important to attend to learning theories to inform our decisions in selecting appropriate instructional design and models in our projects.
