Hi, I am Tika. I am currently living in Toronto, Canada. In my previous incarnations I was an Adult educator, Media Monitor, Editing Assistant, Translator/Interpreter, Specialist Teacher and EAL educator in various leadership positions. Over the years, I have embraced technology to enhance learning effectiveness. Inspired by continuous commitment to learn, I believe technology is going to revolutionize teaching & learning, as well as training delivery in 2020 and beyond. Given this changing landscape, it is important to attend to learning theories in our instructional design and technology.
